Wow, another day, and the wind
makes all the difference. The temp
between the two days are almost identical, but does not seem as cold, back to
shorts and Tshirt hehe.
Today, appointments have been made
to get the bus and car washed and waxed.
Gordo’s, three Mexican fellows do a good and quick job of washing with
streak free water and hand waxing.
However, they do not do the wheels, so I did them myself. The cost for this job is $90.00. Cheap.
Sonny and Pat got their coach done
as well, but they did the waxing twice, one
to get the oxidation off and then the second to get it shiny, and they
did the wheels, I never knew he had chrome wheels LOL.
As I do not like messing with
propane, everything else is okay, I got a RV Tech to check out the bathroom
suburban furnace. Well it works fine, it
was our fault for not having the recirculating air inlet open, that is where we
put the things out of the tub and our clothes, so it was not getting the air to
heat up hmmmm dummy me, live and learn.
Vadie did grocery shopping and is
trying to get a chemical order ready to bring home.
Special people today – Tom and
Doreen from Ketchican, Alaska, bus nut folks who we met on line. They usually store their coach in the state
of Washington, and travelled by car from Ketchican. They would stop by either way, and we have
become close friends. He is very
knowledgeable with mechanical and electrical, probably a lot of other things as
well. They recently have purchased a
place in Kingman and we are going to see
them at the end of March.
