Hmm another lazy and warm day.
I made breakfast from all the leftovers that we had, so I
guess you can call it “skillet”.
Pototoes, onion, sausage, peppers, eggs, jalapeno pepper jack cheese –
Vadie said YUMMMy.
By the time we got going it was noon, so we went to the
Denver Mattress Company and purchased a new bed. It will be delivered on
Wednesday.
Vadie has been putting bird seed along the fence line and finally the birds are coming by. I think she likes the morning dove the best.
Once we got home, Vadie started working a little with her
beads, and I installed one of the new blinds we had ordered. It blends in really well with the other
curtains.
Special People tonight – Rick and Liz – some dear friends from the
Mission area. Rick is a truck driver and
enjoys customizing his own personal vehicle, and Liz is a very talented
artist. Vadie and I had a ritual of
meeting Rick for breakfast or coffee, we miss that.
