Today we got up early to have
breakfast at a Mennonite restaurant. It
was delicious and inexpensive too.
We, Sonny, Pat, Vadie and I headed
off to church as today is Ash Wednesday.
There are a number of things which
has to be done on the coach, as usual, finish off some more of the LED’s, and
since one of the lights in the bathroom does not work, a good time to change
it. However, a few problems were encountered. A medicine cabinet was installed, and this is
certainly the reason why the light was never fixed. I ended up taking the complete flourscent
light assembly out, and this was not easy.
I will take pictures tomorrow to show what I did. I changed one of the flourscent lights to LED’s
and the other will be done tomorrow.
I have to get back to checking out
why the TV signal is working correctly, thanks to Mark I have been given more
insight as to what is going on.
Vadie made a lovely dinner, steak,
asparagus and potatoes. It was
delicious.
On a sad note, our old cockerpoo,
Dusty, will not be with us much longer.
We anticipated this a long time ago, but he is a fighter. For the past four days he has had very little
to eat or drink. He is very unsteady on
his feet now as well. Vadie sure is a good nurse for him.
Special People tonight – two lovely
ladies named Carol. Both of these ladies
are very much in tune with animals, one has a cocker spaniel rescue, and the
other operates an end of life sanctuary for all sorts of animals. Vadie is in contact with these ladies often,
and they both are nurses, which shows how really caring they are. Thankyou to both of you for all the good that
you do for the animals.
