I let Vadie sleep in.
While she was sleeping I fixed the drapery cord, hooked up both seats
electrically, repaired the pneumatic on the drivers seat and screwed down the
cables.
I then went outside and started cleaning up the bays. Will have to continue this tomorrow.
Today we purchased 6 volt golf cart batteries from
Interstate Batteries, POR15 and bedliner
spray to clean up the battery trays ready for new batteries and angle iron for
new brackets for holddowns for the batteries.
Got the car washed – really cool – give them your keys and
they detail the inside and outside within 15 minutes, and came out the other
side polished dry – nice looking car we have LOL.
Went with Vadie on shopping spree for material – there are a
number of stores which have lots of cheap material –lowest cost was $1.79 per
yard. She bought some material which
would have cost her $28 per metre in Canada for $7.50 per yard.
We were looking for bucket boss, to purchase some round
screw/nail/bolt etc holders, they fit inside a 5 gallon pail, did not find them,
but I did find pink tool holders – ahhhh I LOVE PINK, it would be neat to have
– and this was all at Sears.
Since the time was late, I did not want to start on taking
the batteries out of the coach. I will
do this on Wednesday, it will take most of the day.
I went to work on Matt’s coach air step again. It is very
difficult to troubleshoot when one does not know where the parts are.
Special people – Aunt Christine , Karen, Brenda, Maynard and
Lorna – making our trip this much more exciting – knowing more of the family.
