Gosh, how time is quickly passing by.
Two months have gone by since I last was in Kemano.
For the first month, I spent many hours working on the coach getting it ready for our trip.
Hoses, oils, belts, tires were changed, coach lubricated and numerous small items were repaired.
I finally did the dreaded job of changing the hot water tank, deleted the versa valve and air purge system, and also installed a bypass kit for winterizing.
May 11th, we finally hit the road, and stayed in a truckstop just outside of Terrace BC.
May 12th, we drove to Prince George and stayed at Costco. On our way, we experienced trouble with the domestic water system, hmmm like no water coming through the taps. We purchased bottle water and used that.
May 13th, we travelled south on Hwy 97, and met my niece Sara Bilesky in Quesnel. We had a nice visit and had lunch at Murphy's pub - dollar hamburgers.. We continued on through to Cache Creek and stayed at the truck stop by the A & W, very nice, creek right beside us.
