June 27th – Municipal District of Taber Campsite – Oldman River

June 27th – Municipal District of Taber Campsite – Oldman River

Tim is a Fed Ex agent, and I went with him on his route. First we sorted the packages, and loaded the trucks, then we headed to Medicine Hat approx 160km, to deliver the packages.  We also had to make some pickup of packages for the return trip.  It was an extremely long day, started at 5:15am and finished at 19:30pm.
Best of all, it was a great time with Tim, we got to know each other better.
A  good start, as we were leaving the campsite there was a deer nesting on the grass.
Picture dark, but deer in middle.

As I was working hard with Tim, would you believe that my lovely lady Vadie was spending my money.  Tim's daughter, Erin, texted and said that she had spent it all, Tim was quick to point out, that is okay, because the bus now belongs to Bill LOL.

Today, the winds were howling, but there was no more rain.  The campground is kinda muddy to say the least.  We tried playing bocce ball, but it certainly was different as the balls slowed down quickly.
