Go, go, go all day today.
Aunt Anne and Uncle Elroy took us to another farmer’s market held at the
United Methodist Church on Foothills Blvd.
This was a much bigger one than yesterday, but nevertheless, most of the
same kind of things as other markets.
We got a call from LaMesa RV, and said that our part is one,
wow excellent service. We picked it up
after the market, so that will either be installed tomorrow or Friday.
For lunch, we went with Vadie’s aunt and uncle to Martinez
Lake. Well strange as it seems, here is
a little oasis, in the middle of the desert, about 20 miles northwest of
Yuma. This is a little community, with
two pubs/restaurants, houses, and many trailers/campers/RV’s. It also has a marine shop, for all the boats
they have. The boats travel on the lake
and Colorado River which meanders through.

Before dinner, we went to Mark and Ginger’s place, where
their coach is stored, had a good visit, then went out for dinner at a Fish and
Chip restaurant – Alaska cod. Very
delicious.
Todays Special Person – Brooklyn – the youngest of Vadie’s
adopted nieces. She is one of those kids
who became a teen last year. She is an outgoing young girl and enjoyment to be
with.
