Another very nice day today, it definitely has been the
warmest of the almost two weeks that we have been here.
Another rock and gem gathering called the “Pow Wow” started
today. We walked through 3/4 of the show
this morning and Vadie went back to see the rest.
In the afternoon, I helped Chuck and Cathy with their 89 WB,
two items, the battery box and lights in the bedroom. The battery box was in serious need of
cleanup due to corrosion on both the
batteries and battery box. A cutoff
switch was installed as well.
However, the bedroom lights were a different story, we
installed two strips of LEDs but there is a short between the wires causing
backfeed, one was was completed but it is causing the lights to do funny things
– but it works.
For supper we went out to a restaurant called Quartzite
Yacht Club. The food was okay.
Special People today – Rick, Curt and Fred, for organizing
the Southwest Bluebird events, entertaining us with their wit, and for all of the other
good work they do for the Bluebirds.
