I got up early today, this has been the coldest day
yet. I went uptown to get some more
stripping for the door. Sooner or later,
I will get the door right. I can still
see large cracks when the door is closed, I would like to get it watertight, so
it won’t whistle when we go down the road.
I fooled around with it for a while, the went with Sonny to
get propane for his 5th wheel.
He helped me with the door when we got back but still not right.
Vadie and Pat headed out to an outdoor farmers market, she
enjoyed the true market rather than the very large commercial markets.
At noon, we had someone come over to wash the coach, $90 for
a wash, rinse and hand wax, and that included our car. The total time for 3 guys were 2 hours. Needless to say, our coach looks wonderful.
After they were finished we headed to Herb and Jody’s place,
mainly so I could help Herb with his air system problem. Although, the problem was solved, a valve was
installed, it would indicate that possibly a check valve has gone bad, but
where is it located. Both Herb and Jody
are happy now as they do not need to run the generator to flush the toilet now.
We came home and Vadie threw things together and as usual,
leftovers that she makes tastes awesome.
Special People today – Herb and Jody - wonderful Bluebird Wanderlodge people, part
of the Wanderlodge family.
