Another early morning, Herb and Jody came to pick us up at 7:50am to head to Los Algondones, Mexico.  Vadie and Jody wanted to get a haircut, $4.50 and $2.50 respectively, can you imagine.  Certainly many things that the many street vendors have for sale are inexpensive, yet seem to have a fair to good quality.
Herb and I walked up to Navarro’s Paint and Body shop, it doesn’t look like much, but many men were working there.  This place is well known in the automotive, as well as WOG and busconversions for their quality work and inexpensiveness.

After Vadie purchasing numerous items, we were in the lineup to come back into the States, and she got suckered into purchasing another garden art – rocking peacock for $8.00.  The woman had started out at $25.00.

We had lunch at Carl Jr’s, then headed home so I could work on the coach.

I thought it would be an easy task, but task was much more difficult than expected.  I know now that the wire is not designed to come off of the sender – this is after breaking two of them – dang.  The wire end had a wire connection on it, but mine didn’t so I thought this would be like many other senders which I had put in – NOT.  Finally after loosing another quart of oil, and making quite a mess, I got the sender in with the pigtail on it, this is not an easy task.  But, finally after using numerous choice words, numerous back, hip, arm and finger cramps, the stupid sender was installed – and it did not leak at the time – will find out by morning.
Herb Hood giving me a helping hand

We relaxed in the evening, Vadie made a wonderful dinner and dessert and watched Dexter TV series.

Todays Special Person – Jordan – an adopted grandson who has fit into the family real well.  He is 14 years old, he is witty and inquisitive.
