My granddaughter Jessica, turned 7 today – Happy Birthday.

As both Vadie and I slept in yesterday, we decided to have brunch out – at Daybreakers. 

After brunch we went to another market, on Main street in Yuma.  This was the first for us at this market.   

The market was a lot smaller than the others but nevertheless they had a lot of good produce and other items as well.

Since we were on the other side of town, we browsed at a few shops then went to get rescue remedy, we use this so Dusty can sleep all night, as well as some more dog food.

Vadie started dinner in the slow cooker, and then headed out to do the laundry. 

 I continued on with the LED project in the storage bay area, which is now complete – wow what a light difference.

The dinner which Vadie prepared for us, spare ribs in a wonderful sauce, carrots, cauliflower and rice, YUMMY.  She sure is a good cook.

After dinner, it was movie night.  We had invited Sonny and Pat over, and we enjoyed an old western – The Misfits.

Todays Special Person – who else but our birthday girl – Jessica.  She is a very high spirited young lady, with lots of energy and excitment
