Wow, what a nice start to the day. The weather was warm and not a cloud in the
sky. I forgot to mention that we are staying at the Sante Fe Skies RV park - a beautiful park.
Today was a free day for us, and we had decided to do the
touristy thing in Santa Fe. We saw
Loretta Chapel,
Altar
Stairway
the outdoor Stations of the Cross
and many little shops
selling their wares.
Much of the
touristy things is geared for local artists, mainly the Native Americans.
The architecture is quite different than what we are used to
as well, but then the climate is totally different too.
Looking at all of the items for sale, pottery has been
catching Vadie’s eye, well mine as well – not for how it is made, but for how
expensive it is.
While walking the dogs this evening we saw a shooting star –
how cool was that.
Special Person - Vadie, my lovely wife, for her doing all the things she does so well.
