Wow, last night was something else. Lightening, thunder and rain all night long. Dusty and Jake slept through it all, but poor
Bruce – terrified, he did not know which way to go.
Dannielle and Fiona’s families went to church and then did
crafts at Dannielle’s house. Joe came in the afternoon, and we had some good
quality time with him.
After dinner, we went to the park to watch the kids burn
energy, then played some croquet. Later
we sat around the campfire until it was dark, then the young kids went off to
bed.
Joe had a sleepover in the bus, and we stayed up till
11:15pm, then went out and watched the fire works display. It was nice to see.
