Wow, Medora is some special place. Matt, thanks for mentioning it. The store fronts were quaint and
western. We went browsing and Vadie
found a few things she just had to buy.
Today was a day of travel, we headed to Rapid City South
Dakota. We are going to stay at the
Happy Holiday Resort for 3 nights and we will take in the sights. We plan on taking it easy and relaxing, and I
will try to keep Vadie away from the stores LOL.
Again the coach ran flawlessly – at 93kph (57mph) the engine
purred and did not strain at all.
The drive seemed to go on forever, as the pics will attest
to. This highway, #85 had very few twists in it and it disappeared
over the hill, only to get to the top to see it disappear over the next hill
range.
However, this area is
spectacular, the drive was easy with very little traffic.
Special People – Vadie’s
Uncle Stew – we have not heard from him in a long time – hope all is well with
him.
